received a Ph.D. in Computer Vision from the University of Washington in Seattle.
He has worked at Boeing, Fujitsu, and Siemens.
At Boeing, he was the youngest person to receive the highest technical honor of Senior Principal Scientist, Associate Technical Fellow.
Dr. Vaidya now heads the Center for Research in Engineering Sciences and Technology (CREST), KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd.
He is also the CTO for the IT engineering services at KPIT Cummins.
