Curricula and teaching programmes

I think for each semester cross-course collaborative assignments should be given to students. For example, C programming + ODE (first semester) can be coupled together; to solve ODE problems, a student will programme in C. This way, assignment burden will get reduced. Also, students can use GNUplot for result visualization of ODE problem through some shell scripting.

Teachers

All the professors during my tenure were amazing.

Overall experience

Overall experience is very good. One thing I want to mention: You won't get fatigue working at CMS.

Advice for current and future students

Don't worry about placement; just focus on your elective and project. Rest assured by CMS to develop a competitive edge in your respective domain.

Which direction should CMS grow in?

In second semester, students opt for electives. I think respective faculty should design assignments in such a way that collective assignments contribute to developing software suite which will help CMS in developing expertise. Following year, students can enhance existing software suite by adding something new to it.
