Applications are invited for one post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and one post of Project Assistant (PA) to work on the project sanctioned under EU-IndiaGrid2 project (PI: Professor D.G. Kanhere).
Duration of the Position
Till 31/12/2011
Emoluments
SRF: Rs.\ 8000-15000 p.m. fixed, depending upon research experience and NET qualification.
PA: Rs.\ 8000 p.m. fixed.
Eligibility and Necessary Qualification
SRF: Experience of minimum 2 years in computational material science/condensed matter physics
with specialization in electronic structure/density functional theory applications, modeling and simulation, and good experience on grid computing.
PA: Graduate in any discipline with experience in
handling/managing computer laboratory (grid computing),
purchase procedure, office work, and report writing/report filling.
