Applications are invited for 5 posts of Project assistant ( 3 open , 1 SC, 1 ST), to work at Newly established Project of Science Park, Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Duration of the Position
One year to begin with.
Emoluments

Eligibility and Necessary Qualification
Minimum qualification : B.Sc in any Science, :
B.E or equivalent or M.Sc are most welcome.
Desirable : Working experience with school children, Teacher's training programs, innovative methods
We are looking for young and enthusiastic persons whose passion is teaching science at school level. Science park plans to set up innovative interactive exhibits and exploratory laboratories. Kit development, development of science toys, demonstration experiments will be a part of life. Out of the box thinking, ability to work with hands and tools, creative thinking are desirable qualities.

Relevant experience should clearly state the nature of the work carried out, the place of work, the level of the class. We prefer experience with fifth standard – seventh standard science and mathematics.
If you have designed any innovative kits, tools, carried out any workshops for teachers/ students (school only) please mention these also.
A one page note explaining why you are suitable for the posts, focusing on your experience on teaching at school level. We are NOT interested in conventional teaching experience of teaching in schools is as school teachers.
Selection
Candidates found suitable in preliminary screening will be notified via email or SMS. The selection process may involves one or two days to test various abilities required for the posts. The candidates will have to come for the tests for two days on campus.
No separate interview call letter will be sent. The selected candidate is expected to join within one week of the date of the offer letter.
