Abstract Archeology is a field that analyses human past by exhuming the human artefacts. The field has mostly been theoretical and qualitative. In this talk I will show how traditional archeology can be studied with seemingly disconnected subjects (e.g. Mathematical and statistical models). In particular I will be focusing on the pre-historic Neolithic period (tail end of the Stone Age), which is signified by a major change in human subsistence strategy.
