On the occasion of मराठी भाषा गौरव दिन , Centre for Modeling & Simulation, SPPU, is pleased to announce a hands-on introductory technical session on how to do Unicode Devanagari typesetting using the open-source LaTeX document preparation system (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaTeX).

This session will be conducted by Dr Rohit Holkar , mathematician and Postdoctoral Fellow at IISER-Pune on Tuesday 27/2/2018, on the occasion of the Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din 2018.

This event is open to the campus community. Basic familiarity with linux (any flavour), a plain-text editor (vim, emacs, gedit), and the linux command-line interface will be beneficial.
